Allegiance Staffing is hiring: an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician for a large manufacturing facility located in the NE San Antonio metro area.

1 Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Mon-Fri Weekly Pay! (OT available!)

Payrate: $22.00 to 25.00 per hr. (staring pay - depending on experience)

Job Summary: Process Technician to set up, monitor, operate, and troubleshoot plastic injection-molding machines. The Process Technician will troubleshoot and monitor the quality of parts being prepared for shipment, determine processing parameters of various tools, and identify and address problems accordingly.

Prior experience as a Processing Technician or equivalent preferred
Working knowledge of mold changes, hydraulics, electrical & injection equipment
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting using root cause analysis
At least 2-5 years of experience in plastics processing
Capability to lift items up to 40 pound
Must pass Drug Screen & Background Check

Experience:
Plastics injection molding: 4 years (Required)

Dishwashers: $15/hr

Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently.

Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.

Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.

Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.

Other assigned duties from management

Must be able to pass: Drug test & Background check (NO FELONIES)
