We just celebrated another incredibly successful quarter at our quarterly team off-site.

Meeting in the beautiful Park City, UT, we not only enjoyed the stunning natural surroundings but also scoped out a venue for an upcoming global conference our team will host next year. The breathtaking environment naturally amplified our motivation and inspiration.

Like all teams, ours is continually growing and evolving. Each chapter brings new excitement and opportunities for growth and improvement. This quarter’s meeting them was focused on building authentic relationships with our clients, candidates, and partners.

We were privileged to hear from two of the best relationship builders in business, Christine Whetten, MBA, GPHR and Tina Hazlett, CEO, CVO. Stay tuned for our next post, where we’ll share the invaluable insights we gained from these amazing leaders.

Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) had an amazing global conference in New York this past week. The insightful industry analysis and technology trends were truly valuable. It was inspiring to hear from Judith M. von Seldeneck, a trailblazer who has paved the way for excellence in the executive search industry throughout her remarkable 50-year career. The discussions on the multi-generational workforce and cross-mentorship were particularly engaging and thought-provoking.
