Telamon recently had the opportunity to tour TidalHealth and discuss both Salisbury and Seaford locations organizations and the exciting career pathways available.
During the visit we discussed our Work Experience program at Telamon and how we can work together to support the workforce.
It was a great opportunity to see firsthand the impact of these roles and how they support both patients and staff. Telamon is taking in participants in the Delaware and Salisbury locations with a farmworker background (raw product like raw chicken) into our program and helping support them with our various programs like Work Experience and our community partners as well. Please comment below with questions! (FYI-The cafeteria food is some of the best around made from scratch!)

🌱✨ Celebrating our future ag leaders during National Farmworker Awareness Week!

Our NFJP participants had a recernt amazing showing at the Spring Valley FFA Ham, Bacon, & Egg Sale with the Tri-County FFA Organization in WV 🐖🥓🥚

🏆 Kari Rohrbaugh sold the Grand Champion Ham for $2,000!
👏 Katie Rohrbaugh entered 2 hams & 2 bacons
👏 Frankie Weese sold hams for $650 each
👏 Karli Crites entered a bacon

These students, active in Future Farmers of America, are gaining real-world skills and building bright futures in agriculture.
