📍 Location: Gilroy, CA
💲 Pay: $18–$20 per hour
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Production Support Assistant to join a fast-paced food manufacturing team!
Responsibilities include:
✅ Supporting Production Supervisors and Managers
✅ Maintaining production records and reports
✅ Inventory tracking and data entry
✅ Coordinating with Production, Warehouse, QA, Maintenance, and HR
✅ Assisting with scheduling and attendance
✅ Ensuring compliance with GMP, SQF, and food safety standards
Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Administrative or manufacturing experience preferred
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ GMP/SQF knowledge is a plus
