OCCK offices will be closed Friday, June 19, in recognition of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, Black history and progress. It also offers an opportunity to learn, reflect and recognize the work that continues toward greater equity and opportunity.

June is National Safety Month, and small changes around the home can make a big difference.
According to the CDC, more than 1 in 4 adults age 65 and older reports falling each year, and falls are the leading cause of injury for this age group.

Help reduce fall risks by keeping walkways clear, securing or removing loose rugs, improving lighting and moving cords or clutter out of commonly used paths.

We enjoyed music, dancing, pizza, watermelon, and a great afternoon together.

UPDATE: June 11th - power has been restored to our Salina office, and is open!

Our Salina office will remain closed Wednesday, June 10, due to the ongoing power outage. We appreciate the continued efforts of the utility crews working to restore power throughout the community!

It is officially Smoky Hill River Festival week and did you know CityGo rides within Salina are free during Smoky Hill River Festival weekend for riders wearing a River Festival wristband!?

Use CityGo to get to work, run errands, grab last-minute Festival supplies, or head toward the fun.

Plus, a free shuttle will run from Tony’s Pizza Events Center parking lot directly to Oakdale Park.

From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, riders leaving Oakdale Park can also take the shuttle to any CityGo bus stop in Salina to make getting home easier.

Wear your wristband and ride free!
