Reminder, we do random drawings.. sometimes weekly, sometimes before holidays, and sometimes both. You can be entered into the drawing by working 2 shifts a week.. you can also be entered multiple times if working 2 shifts a week when multiple weeks are being included! Congratulations to Cindy for winning the Easter basket!!! 🎉🥳 we will continue our drawings and incentives, we appreciate everyone and all the hard work!!! You all always go above and beyond, and I can’t thank you enough for being apart of SFT family!! 🖤 Jamie will get in contact for delivery!

DON’T forget that incentives for shifts are available when at least 2 shifts are worked in a week, you’re able to be entered multiple weeks of the drawing period!

ALSO, we give referral bonuses to anyone that refers a personnel that gets hired on or a facility that signs on with us. We also give a bonus OR SFT merchandise if a facility employee directly compliments an employee!!

CONGRATULATIONS to Kamryn!!! She is the winner of our St. Patrick Day basket!! Thank you for choosing our family and working to give the best care to our residents!!

Our personnel can be entered into our drawings if works 2 shifts per week during the drawing period, this includes half shifts as well AND able to be entered multiple times!!!

ALSO!!! Any compliments that we receive directly from a facility regarding a personnel’s outstanding job while working within the facility.. they get to choose from a bonus, a SFT tumbler, or sweatshirt!!

DON’T FORGET that we also give out a bonus for referring others that get hired on and work with us AND referring facilities to sign with us!!! We appreciate each and every one of family members!!!!
