Schulte Staffing Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an **experienced staffing sales professional** who knows how to open doors, develop new accounts, and build lasting client relationships.

This is a **true business development role** — not recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.

We’re looking for someone who:

✔️ Has experience selling staffing services
✔️ Has successfully developed new client accounts
✔️ Understands bill rates, markups & gross profit
✔️ Is comfortable prospecting, networking and meeting clients in person
✔️ Can independently build and manage a sales pipeline
✔️ Wants the autonomy and earning potential that comes with a privately owned staffing firm

You’ll be selling **temp, temp-to-hire and direct-hire staffing solutions** throughout the North Shore, Greater Boston and Southern NH.
