• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks and ensure production goals are met
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
🎓 WHAT YOU NEED
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
⭐ PREFERRED SKILLS
• Machine operating experience
• Experience with CNC machines, lathes, or facers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented
