keep sites clean. do not put 10 million pictures or reels. you are creating confusion and... conflicts. UGC is the kiss of death ...

i try to give everyone some helpful hints.

plus it costs alot EEEKS and takes up space for your casting tapes.

it is very very very hard now to book from just a headshot resume.....
when clients pay per diem and high rates they want proof you can act and host and do comedy ... ect

sometimes i feel like a surgeon in an operating room with NO tools no nurse.. talent expect me to conduct miracles and you are not giving me the STUFF to do it with.

we are a global market now. they have top choices so you have to step UP.

it will be a very very exciting lucrative season for all the talent who spent years building UP to this. but i can't do it with weak material to submit.

and trust me top casting KNOWS their stuff. they do NOT hit submit to everyone. they know what to look for.
in seconds ONE actress was chosen . snap!

they are very very good at what they do. and many can use tech to search for key words... HOST. COMEDY. ect

please step it UP

i knew this year would be fire.
ending my long very very busy week with a 10k casting. this is the best time for talent but this year will show me who is pretend talent and who are the bookers.. sorry but this industry has ALONG with the huge rates and busy atmosphere wants the best. the very best. and for this kind of money it is required.
