WHO WE HIRE
We hire both entry level and also positions for highly skilled applicants. Our clients will have needs for short-term temporary positions, long-term temporary positions and we often see requests for temp-to-hire positions. Great applicants can have a long-term relationship with Team Personnel! All applicants must go through an interview, an orientation and must complete an I-9 form to verify work eligibility. STAFF TRANSPORTATION
Applicants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the job site; however, in certain instances, transportation may be provided from our St. Paul headquarters. COMMON EMPLOYEE QUESTIONS
1. How long does the application process take? It takes about one hour for most applicants.
2. What do I need to bring to the interview and to complete the application? You need to bring proper identification to verify work eligibility and your previous employment history. If you have a resume, they are very much welcomed, but not required.
3. How do I need to dress for the interview? Our only suggestion is to be confident in the impression you are making with your appearance.
4. Other than the interview process, what other items are considered? Pre-employment screening may include background checks and drug testing, based on specific client requirements.
5. How long after the interview will I hear from you? Each client's timing may vary, but we encourage applicants to check with us on a regular basis.
6. What should I do if my address or phone number changes? Please notify us immediately so we can update our files. This helps us distribute your W2 in a timely manner.
7. How do I get paid? Our pay period runs Sunday through Saturday and you will get paid the following Friday. We have direct deposit, debit cards or paper checks available.
