Carpentry skills needed, experience with hand and power tools, familiar with reading basic blue prints, reading a tape measure.

Must have clean background check (No theft)

Preferred Staffing is looking to hire for a produce company in NE Minneapolis. The person will be putting orders together (boxing and labeling in the wet room). Cutting up product and produce (cabbage, onion, carrots etc). Also, helping directly and overseeing about an 8 person crew.

Training is provided but should have some leadership qualities. Will be responsible and should be capable of making decisions on their own. Able to work well with others as a lead.

Hours: 5am - 2pm Monday to Friday.
Pay: $16 per hour, but will increase quickly with proven capability

A Laser/Plasma Operator performs duties necessary to cut material according to customer specifications using laser table equipment. In addition to preparing orders to according to customers specifications, a Laser table operator is also responsible for the proper set up communication with proceeding shifts, clearing parts, packing and monitoring laser table.

Duties/Responsibility
*Loads equipment with raw material using the overhead crane
*Measures material before/after cutting to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
*Make minor repairs to ensure machine is running.

Skills
*A minimum of 1yr previous laser table work experience is preferred.
*Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
*Ability to understand and read blueprint.
