Job Description: University Talent Specialist
Location: Remote
Pay: $34.35
Responsibilities:
• Execute tasks in an organized fashion, with strong attention to detail and follow up skills
• Managing the process within our HRIS, candidate screening, communication with candidates, communication with Partners and Hiring Managers
• Build strong, credible, and effective relationships with hiring managers, internal associates, and external candidates
• Provide guidance and leadership to hiring managers on interviewing, identifying talent, labor market challenges, maximizing candidate pipeline and candidate follow up
• Influencing and showcasing company culture to enhance our talent attraction strategy at all levels of the organization
• Thinking outside of the box and demonstrating innovative ways recruit students
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 1-2 years of Full lifecycle recruiting as a campus/college recruiter strongly
• One year of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, internal A.I. tool, job boards s Indeed, Handshake ,etc.
• 1-2 years of ATS experience Workday and Taleo
Preferred Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement
• An understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices and applicable Federal and State laws including OFCCP, EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action
• Experience proactively building and maintaining a pipeline of active and passive candidates through internal and external networks and active sourcing
• Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels
• Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives
• Ability to learn new markets to identify appropriate talent
