Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional to support a variety of client needs. This role involves handling bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax preparation assistance, and general accounting duties in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Prepare and process payroll for multiple clients
Assist with payroll tax filings
Support tax preparation activities during tax season
Provide general administrative and accounting support

Qualifications

Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or tax preparation preferred
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills

Schedule

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tax Season: Monday–Friday schedule
Off Season: Monday–Thursday schedule
