Position: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: Lincoln, CA 95648
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30
Employment Type: Full-Time (Temporary)
Pay: $20.00

Position Summary
Under close supervision, the Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing, processing, and shipping outgoing customer orders, as well as receiving, unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with warehouse systems, shipping documentation, and material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Shipping Duties:
- Prepare and ship outbound customer orders accurately and on time
- Verify product counts, weights, and accuracy before shipment
Package items securely using appropriate materials and methods
- Print and apply shipping labels and documentation
- Determine shipping methods, routes, and carriers
- Process orders using ERP/WMS and carrier systems
- Maintain shipment records and inventory of shipping supplies
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck as needed

Receiving Duties:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments from trucks and containers
- Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
- Verify incoming materials against invoices, bills of lading, and records
- Record and process incoming shipment data using RF scanners and ERP systems
- Label and stage materials for storage or production use
Communicate with shippers to resolve issues or damaged goods

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of shipping and/or receiving experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse and shipping procedures preferred
- Ability to operate RF scan guns and warehouse systems
- Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (data entry, system navigation, 10-key preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving and customer service mindset

Physical Requirements
- Lift and move materials up to 35 lbs
- Push or pull loads up to 75 lbs
- Bend, stoop, stand, and move throughout warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment as required
Work in warehouse conditions with varying temperatures and noise levels

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as an Entry-Level Fabricator. No previous fabrication experience is required—we provide training for candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Position Summary

A Fabricator will form by machines or by hand tools and assemble sheet metal into designed products in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties, Skills & Requirements

Read details, drawings, labels, and work instructions to determine sequence and method of fabrication
Select the correct gauge and type of metal based on product specifications
Use layout processes to fabricate special orders
Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including beaders, roll formers, brakes, and presses safely and accurately
Shape and assemble sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and air-assisted tools
Install frames, rods, rings, and angle iron according to specifications
Perform welding, soldering, bolting, screwing, caulking, and bonding as needed for assembly
Conduct quality checks and maintain awareness of product specifications throughout the fabrication process
Cross-train and develop additional fabrication skills as needed
Follow inventory and supply replenishment procedures
Work effectively with team members to meet production goals
Basic math and measurement skills required
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling company information
Regular, reliable attendance required
Ability to stand, bend, twist, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
