Times Have Changed~

Job interviews have changed. The standard interview questions are no longer relevant. Do you know the average life span of employment is 2.5 years. Long are the days when people stay in the same position for 15+ years. This changes the culture of your employment journey, for both the employee and the employer.

Here are a few new questions you might be asked in your next job interview.

#1- Would you rather be respected or feared? This question draws out what kind of leader you are.

#2- We are sitting on an 8 hour flight, what would we talk about? Watch out - this one is a tricky, personal, politics, spiritual?

#3- Tell me about when you failed? We are looking for resilience, creativity and humility.
