Another Friday Pool PT done ✅ —
Started up the morning at 0600 with Drill, leading into the main workout, and lastly, Candidates performed a gear check prior to Mini OCS!

Workout of the Day:

➡️ Max Set of Pull-Ups
➡️ Group Interval Run (3 Miles) w/ 1x 35lb Ammo Can

⭐️After each Mile, Candidates individually performed 50 push-ups followed by 50 hanging leg raises⭐️

Push yourself to your physical / mental limits and workout with the Sac OST‼️
