1️⃣ Entry Millwright: On the job training!
Showcase your mechanical knowledge by utilizing a variety of tools with safety and efficiency
Experience in disassembling and reassembling paper machine rolls is a plus.
Proficiency in interpreting mechanical blueprints is essential.
Flexibility to undertake various maintenance tasks is required.
2️⃣ Roll Balancer:
Precisely balance paper machine rolls to specified tolerances.
Perform weight transfers into roll shells, including drilling, tapping, and bolting as necessary.
Access internal components of rolls for weight transfer operations.
Proficiency in basic computer usage and mathematical aptitude is crucial.
3️⃣ Spreader Mechanic:
Perform setup, disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of paper machine rolls across various sizes
Demonstrate proficiency in repair practices, with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical assemblies and diverse roll types
Expertise in handling mechanical tooling
4️⃣ Quality Inspector:
Ensure top-notch quality in our repair procedures through thorough inspections.
Utilize precision tools like micrometers and tape measures for accurate measurements.
Computer savvy? We need your skills for data input and analysis.
Operate overhead cranes and equipment with precision and care.
