Are you ready to take your engineering skills from the screen to the production floor? We are seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to join a high-volume industrial manufacturing facility and work directly under the lead Mechanical Engineer.

This is a hands-on engineering role that combines technical design with real-world problem-solving on the factory floor. If you enjoy seeing your designs transition from digital models to physical reality—and making a direct impact on production—this could be the perfect fit for you.

🔧 What you’ll do:
✅ Support major capital projects and new equipment integration
✅ Assist with production improvements and machinery upgrades
✅ Create and update technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360
✅ Help digitize legacy engineering drawings still in use today
✅ Assist with reverse engineering legacy parts using traditional measuring tools and a newly purchased 3D scanner
✅ Troubleshoot mechanical failures and help implement long-term solutions to reduce downtime
✅ Partner with the safety team to ensure equipment and project compliance

🕓 Shift:
Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Some Fridays & Saturdays | 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
