Business Developer - Sales
Pay: Ranging from $40,000 - $60,000
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Express Employment Professionals of Royal Oak is currently hiring for a Business Developer to add to our team. Join in our mission to put a million people to work annually!
As a Business Developer, you will work within a defined territory connecting and learning about local businesses, their hiring needs, and present Express product offerings as solutions. The main goal of the Business Developer is to help companies understand how Express can help them in the areas of employment, leadership, and human resources. This role will prospect for new business and call on an existing book of business in a sales capacity. A great candidate would have telesales experience, outside sales, and no fear!
Requirements:
- Competitive and outgoing personality
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and be self motivated
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- High school diploma/GED required
- Prior sales experience a plus
- Valid Driver License
Duties:
- Generate high level of sales activity to secure multiple new clients per month.
- Average 100 sales calls weekly
- Work with internal team to understand the current labor market
