Duties include but are not limited to:

Data entry of new account information and agreements into our system.
Making phone calls to collect on outstanding accounts for all assigned districts.
Complete assigned paperwork in a timely manner in order to make sure that customers are given exceptional service.
Assist with maintaining location employee and customer files.
Answer incoming calls professionally.
Occasionally assist with New Employee On-boarding at the assigned location.
Complete tasks and projects assigned by Office Manager.
Job Qualifications:

Must have a great attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
Must be reliable
Must be able to follow simple instructions and perform routine functions
Must have prior administrative experience.
High School Diploma or GED required.
