FFC had Junior Data Analysts join us this summer, working with our Business Intelligence team, gaining real-world experience in their field of study. Elliot joined our team at our office in Rothschild and had the opportunity to meet a few of his coworkers in person. 🗨️ What's one way you've stepped outside your comfort zone this summer?

When I started, I had no previous coding experience. I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone by approaching new people and asking as many questions as I could so I could really learn the systems.

🗨️ What's something about working at Foundation Finance Company that you didn't expect, whether it's the culture, the people, or what a day-to-day professional environment actually looks like?

I was surprised at how welcoming and supportive everyone has been, especially in my department. Everyone took time to explain stuff to me and make me feel like part of the team right away. The positive culture at FFC has made it super easy to learn and grow throughout the summer.
