TUESDAY SHOUTOUT: THE NUMBERS DON’T LIE! 👏🚗🌳

Today, we’re giving a BIG shoutout to our 12 Oaks Parking team at Dadeland Mall in Florida! 🙌

And they’ve got some impressive numbers to back up their hard work!

⭐ 4.9-star customer rating
🎯 96% Secret Shopper score
🏆 90% year-to-date performance, exceeding our company average!

But here’s what we’re most proud of: These results weren’t achieved by one person. They were earned by an entire TEAM!

Through Florida’s summer heat, busy shopping days, unpredictable weather, and countless guest interactions, this team continues to show up with professionalism, kindness, and a commitment to excellence.

At 12 Oaks Parking, we know that great parking operations aren’t only measured by how efficiently cars move. They’re measured by the people, the service, and the experience we deliver.

Great teams create great experiences. And great experiences drive results! 💚

To our Dadeland Mall Mall team, THANK YOU for raising the bar and representing the 12 Oaks standard every single day!

Let’s show this team some love in the comments! 👏👏👏

Today, 12 Oaks Parking was proud to serve as a Valet Sponsor for the Roswell Inc Annual Business Classic, and we brought a little extra fun to the course as a sponsor of Hole 18! ⛳🙌

For us, being headquartered in Roswell means more than having an address here. It means showing up, building relationships, supporting local businesses, and investing in the community that we’re proud to call home.

As we continue to grow across the country, our commitment to Roswell and our partnership with Roswell Inc remain an important part of who we are.

And let’s say… Hole 18 had some FUN today! 😎⛳

Stay tuned over the next few days as we share some of the laughs, connections, and memorable moments from today’s tournament!

Big reach. Local roots. Relationships that matter. 🌳🚗

TUESDAY SHOUTOUT: NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES! 👏🌳🚗

Sometimes, going above and beyond means being there when someone needs you most.

Today, we’re recognizing Jack Durkin, Bellman at Pelican Hotel in Florida, for demonstrating what exceptional guest care truly looks like.

When a guest experienced an emergency, Jack didn’t hesitate. He stayed calm, kept her reassured, helped tend to her injury, and maintained communication until additional help arrived.

That’s more than great service. That’s compassion in action. 💚

And while this moment deserves recognition, Jack brings that same attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism to his work every day.

At 12 Oaks Parking, we believe the guest experience goes far beyond parking cars and welcoming arrivals. It’s about taking care of people, especially when it matters most.

Jack, thank you for stepping up, leading by example, and reminding us what the 12 Oaks standard is all about!

You were someone’s hero that morning, and we’re proud to have you on our team! 👏

MONDAY REMINDER: BREATHE IN. BREATHE OUT. 😮‍💨🚗

Monday already testing your patience? 😂

Take a deep breath. Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.

Whether you’re heading into a busy workweek, sitting in traffic, running late, or trying to find parking, remember—not everything needs to be stressful.

At 12 Oaks Parking, we may not be able to take everything off your plate, but we can take parking off your list! 😉

So take a breath, embrace the day, and remember: You’ve got this Monday. We’ve got the parking. 🌳🚗

Fall flavors have officially arrived at Drawbar inside Bellyard, and your next date night might have planned itself! 😉

From bone-in cowboy ribeye to pan-roasted lamb and maple-Dijon glazed salmon, this fall/winter menu is giving us plenty of reasons to make dinner plans.

And you know what pairs perfectly with a great dining experience? A stress-free arrival. 🙌

At 12 Oaks Parking, we believe the experience begins long before that first bite.

Pull up. Hand us the keys. Enjoy the evening.

You handle the reservations. We’ll handle the parking. 🌳🚗

WEDNESDAY SWEET SPOT 🥐🍰🚗

Made it halfway through the week? We think that deserves a treat. 😉

Whether you’re team “I’ll take one” or team “give me one of each,” Saint Germain Bakery is making the decision pretty difficult.

So here’s your Wednesday plan: pull up, let 12 Oaks Parking take care of the parking, and go pick your favorite. Or favorites. We’re not judging. 😂

Less time parking. More time deciding which dessert is coming home with you.
