While orientation may start with our Onsite Recruiters in the conference room, our goal is to get every employee out on the production floor for their first day at Forgent Power Solutions!

The pride of Forgent's training program is the unique Training Dojo. This tool came to life thanks to the help of tenured employees who wanted to create an immersive training experience for those new to the job.

Starting out in the Training Dojo involves working with an experienced team member who is there to show you the basic knowledge in Switchgear assembly to understand our processes and programs we use on a daily basis on the production floor.

After Training Dojo program completion, employees are able to implement their newfound knowledge into their production roles.

We love a good recap reel around here 📽️

Two weeks ago, our franchise group made the short drive to Minneapolis, MN for two unforgettable days at the ICON 2026 conference.

The Opening General Session kicked off with speaker Scott Wozniak and music from Vanessa Carlton, then our Franchisees set out for different classroom sessions where they could network with other Express Employment offices and learn from the Express Employment International team.

We were also honored to receive a distinct recognition at the ICON Awards session, which two of our Franchisees accepted on our entire team’s behalf!

With a theme like “Amplify,” our Franchisee are excited to take the inspiration and skills they learned and help us implement them in our office, continuing to strengthen the experience we’re providing for both our Associates and Clients each day.

As a Quality Auditor, you'll ensure that products meet established standards of quality, safety, and compliance by performing detailed inspections.

Your Role on the Team:
🔷 Monitor product quality to ensure standard compliance
🔷 Review revision levels on drawings, BOMs, and documentation prior to inspection
🔷 Verify product conformity using engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements
🔷 Complete in-process, first-article, and final inspections using measurement tools and inspection equipment
🔷 Document inspection results and maintain quality records using ERP systems
🔷 Identify nonconforming products and effectively communicate findings with appropriate teams

What Makes You a Great Fit:
🔷 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
🔷 Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems
🔷 Software proficiency with Microsoft Office
🔷 Experience in electrical equipment or switchgear/switchboard production (preferred)
🔷 Experience with ERP systems and quality management systems (preferred)
