As a Structural Welder, you’ll be setting up and operating MIG standard and pulse welders to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Your Role on the Team:
🔷 Operate and set up MIG standard and pulse welders, selecting gas ratios
🔷 Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
🔷 Work with sheet metal, tube steel, channel, I-beam, and plate steel
🔷 Bolt, clamp, and tack weld parts to secure in position for welding according to blueprints and specifications
🔷 Use engineering and manufacturing documents (bills of materials, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, and solid models)
🔷 Operate hoists, cranes, riggings, and forklifts to move equipment from one location to another

What Makes You a Great Fit:
🔷 0-3 years of previous MIG welding experience
🔷 Welding certification OR relevant training
🔷 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
🔷 Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. regularly
🔷 High school diploma OR equivalent (required)
