✅Current Mandatory Overtime Schedule
🔵1st Shift
- Sunday–Friday
- 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- $18.00/hour
🟠2nd Shift
- Monday–Saturday
- 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
- $19.00/hour
🚨These extended schedules are currently required due to increased production needs. Once the site is caught up on production, associates will return to the regular shift schedule. Overtime requirements and schedules may change based on site production needs.🚨
✅Role Summary
We are seeking Temporary FC Operations Associates to start immediately. This role is responsible for the accurate set-up, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials according to the client's specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with PC applications and can learn new systems quickly.
✅Key Responsibilities
- Help with line set-up
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in resolving cycle count discrepancies
- Utilize required technology throughout the day, including voice technology and RF guns
- Assist with administrative, receiving, and shipping duties as needed
- Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation
- Restock packaging materials
✅Skills & Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math and reading skills; able to understand written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and team-building skills
✅Physical Demands
- Able to bend, stretch, and stand for the duration of the shift
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds independently, or heavier as part of a team lift
