SUMMARY
Supporting Field Service Representative team members, ordering parts, gathering data and compiling customer reports in a fast paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Order parts as requested by FSR
-Handle and type complex confidential material.
-Review outgoing material and correspondence for accuracy and format. Originate letters and memos using independent judgment and initiative.
-Prepare reports and special projects as directed. Compile reports by entering and retrieving data from multiple systems and resources.
-Act as PLRS time coordinator.
-Daily contact with customers, service providers, executives, senior managers, etc. (in person, via telephone, e-mail or fax).
-Prepare invoices for payment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-Associate's degree

The Technician will support senior technicians and engineers in testing vehicles and parts/components, performing configuration changes and repairs of vehicles and test stands, and following appropriate engineering procedures, standards, and specifications. This role may also provide support in the fabrication and assembly of vehicles and related systems/sub-systems. The objective is to validate new product designs as part of new product development as well as resolve issues on sustaining products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Technical Diploma with three (3) years of experience in engineering or equivalent*.

SUMMARY - Edits, enters data and balances payroll-reporting forms from which a database of participant service credits and employer contribution history is established and used for pension benefit calculations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Review payroll reporting forms and identify issues related to missing information, plan eligibility, contribution rate changes, and significant receipting differences
-Enter employer and participant detail from payroll reporting forms into an online computer system
-Balance employers’ total figures for hours worked and wages earned with the participant detail
entered
-Verify data entered with hard copy, compare dollars received with dollars owed, and take action to resolve any discrepancies
-Research files on open issues, generate written correspondence or use the telephone for clarification of payroll reporting problems and take corrective action when replies are received
-Make corrections to employer and participant computer files to clear accounts receivable records
-Maintain files of information for assigned collection areas to assist in processing payroll reports
-Research correspondence files, payroll reports, microfilm, microfiche and system record to determine the correct information for employer and/or participant system files, i.e., Federal Identification Number or Social Security Number discrepancies

Job Brief
We are looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality.

An excellent auto mechanic has good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. They are well-versed in complex mechanical or electronical systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They must also be good communicators to provide advice to customers.

Responsibilities

- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
- Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
- Keep logs on work and issues
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

Requirements

- 5+ years of proven experience as auto mechanic
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
- Excellent physical condition

Field Service Technician

BACKGROUND:

The Field Service Technician will report to the Regional Operations Manager and will participate as part of a team to drive the success of the region by working cross-functionally with customer support, internal and external IT groups, customers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects and initiatives and maintain system uptime.

BASIC FUNCTION:

The core responsibility of the Field Service Technician is:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Establish near 100% up-time performance for hardware within the region
