Job Description:
Strong preference to those applicants who have previous financial industry experience. This position is for an energetic, friendly, and outgoing person with strong work ethic to provide administrative and operational support for Henrietta tax office.
Some of the duties will include, but are not limited to:
• First point of contact with clients on phone or in office
• Appointment setting and confirmation
• Copying and scanning confidential documents
• Processing tax returns and other electronic filings
• Assembling tax returns and financial statements
• Assist in mailing/uploading tax organizers to clients
• Filing and client file maintenance (both physical and on network)
• Maintain supply inventory
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of front desk reception area, common office area and break room
• Ability to learn and become proficient with new software, as needed
Requirements:
• Tax or financial advisor office exposure: 1-2 years
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Exposure to Ultra Tax and Lacerte tax software a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, client service, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in fast paced, changing environment
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of work
• Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
Standard office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. During busier times of the year, additional hours may be required.

Carley Staffing Solutions is looking for an evening commercial Cleaner. Hours will be 3PM until whenever the job is complete. Usually around a 4/5hr shift. Approximately 32 hours a week. M-F
You will be responsible of cleaning multiple buildings a night so own transportation is a MUST. Must be RELIABLE and once trained able to work self-sufficiently.
Pay rate is $18.00/hr.
