Keynote Speaker: Ashley Gustner

Ashley is a public health professional focused on early childhood well-being, family health, and community engagement. She serves as a Parent Organizer and Co-Senate District 43/46 Lead for the Childcare for All campaign, helping mobilize parents, build legislative relationships, and advocate for universal child care across Minnesota.

Ashley will discuss the economics of childcare and how access to quality, free or low-cost childcare can positively impact businesses in Robbinsdale and throughout Minnesota. This is an important conversation for our local business community, and we look forward to hearing her insights!

Get to know another one of our Chamber Board Members:

Barb Barb Demavivas- Citizens Independent Bank, Chamber Treasurer

I graduated in 1993 from Central Philippine University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and have continued my professional development through BVS, BAI, and ICBA Banking Education Programs.

As Treasurer of the Robbinsdale Chamber of Commerce, I bring nearly 30 years of banking experience with Citizens Independent Bank in Robbinsdale. Currently serving as Branch Manager/VP, I specialize in building strong customer relationships, managing financial services, and leading efficient branch operations.

Throughout my career, I have held a variety of leadership positions, including Personal Banker/AVP and Assistant Teller Supervisor, gaining extensive experience in banking operations, lending, financial management, and customer service. I am known for being dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to collaborative teamwork.

A longtime supporter of the Robbinsdale community, I proudly represent Citizens Independent Bank at local events and previously served as both Treasurer and President of the Golden Valley Federated Women’s Club. I am passionate about supporting local businesses and strengthening our community through sound financial stewardship, volunteer service, and community engagement.
