We are seeking a
qualified professional to provide customer service to our existing client base.
Responsibilities:
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact in Agency Management System.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Generating insurance quotes.
Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
Preferred Requirements:
Property & Casualty Licensed 3 year’s minimum with experience in Commercial Insurance.
