Job Title: Forklift Operator- Turret, Cherry Picker
Schedule: Monday-Friday (willing to work weekends and daily OT due to business needs)

Walk-in interviews are held Monday through Friday, 10 am-3 pm, at 1651 California St, Redlands, CA 92374 (our office is located right on the corner of California and San Bernardino).
Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for efficiently and safely operating forklift/s to move, locate, relocate, and stack products within the distribution center. This position requires an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, is flexible in their tasks, and is comfortable working at heights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a forklift/s /s that you are site certified on to retrieve and store products at various heights within the warehouse.
• Use an RF scanner to accurately track and manage inventory.
• Pick and stage orders as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform daily equipment checks to ensure the cherry picker is in safe working condition.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and meet distribution goals.
• Flexibly get on and off the forklift/s you are site certified on to perform various tasks as required.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift, push, and pull 50-75+ lbs. throughout the shift.
• Frequent climbing on and off the forklift/s you are site certified on as needed.
• Comfortable working at heights to retrieve and store products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and staging products in a fast-paced environment
• This position is based in a warehouse environment, with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. environment and at varying heights.
