Riverside Personnel is recruiting for a full-service real estate management company in Southern California. Our client is looking for an organized, people-focused Association Manager to join their team.

What you’ll do:
✅ Manage a portfolio of HOA communities from a Riverside corporate office
✅ Partner with boards and homeowners to keep communities running smoothly
✅ Prepare board packets and host effective board meetings
✅ Conduct property inspections and coordinate vendors, work orders, and bids
✅ Support budgeting and financials, and review architectural applications

What we’re looking for:
🔹 Prior HOA management experience
🔹 Strong customer service and teamwork skills
🔹 Comfort with work-order and online documentation software
🔹 A valid driver’s license and the ability to walk properties for inspections

What’s offered:
💰 $60,000-$80,000 per year
