Is your team selling your product/service, or are they selling solutions to real business problems?
Your competition is likely going into every meeting, call, and email selling by listing what your product or service can do. Each person they meet gets the same pitch. They might as well just record their pitch and email it rather than conduct actual meetings.
Elite sellers are getting to know what business problems their prospect needs to be solved and is hyper-focuses on selling solutions.
Ask your team this question: "What do you sell, and why should they buy from you?"
