As the world of work became more competitive, the concept of the professional contract staffing solution really took off. PeopleSolutions experienced triple-digit growth. With our focus on quality of staff and service, many clients continued to employ the concept and our services. Ironically, due to the high quality of our contract staff, a high percentage of clients transitioned our contractors into full-time employees. During the Great Recession between 2007 and 2009, PeopleSolutions experienced even greater growth. With tight budgets for full-time employees, contractors made more and more sense. Today, with many years of experience within our specialty markets and disciplines, we are better able than ever to serve our clients contract staffing needs.
