We are aggressively seeking a dynamic, In-Home Sales Design Specialist to represent a very well respected and well known Replacement Windows brand in the Hampton Roads area.

This person will provide potential customers with the knowledge to help them make an educated decision to purchase the company's replacement window and door products. This is an ideal opportunity for sales pros, especially those with experience in the home remodeling and construction industry.

Compensation includes base salary plus commission, a generous bonus program, car allowance, gas card, Ipad & cell phone, and health & dental insurance. The realistic first-year potential for successful candidates is $60K-$80k, 2nd year $80K-$100k, 3rd + years 100k+.

Duties & Responsibilities for this incredible opportunity include, but are not limited to:

🗸 Contacting and visiting the customer at scheduled times and assisting your customer throughout the entire process to fulfill our mission to deliver "WOW".

🗸 Running sales appointments professionally representing our windows and earning prospect's business.

🗸 Preparing and organizing sales collateral and paperwork, ensuring all samples are in good working order, and paperwork is completed and processed accurately.

🗸 Reviewing daily schedule, planning, and mapping daily activities

🗸 Participate in weekly sales meetings and opportunities for continued training.

🗸 Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail, and a web browser.

Qualifications Include:

🗸 Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be dependable, honest and punctual.

🗸 Have good planning and organizational skill with a customer service approach.

🗸 Possess a clean driving record, have a valid driver's license, and pass a drug/background check.

🗸 Must be teachable with the capacity to learn and present technical knowledge about products and have the capacity to memorize and execute scripts according to our standards.

🗸 Maintain a professional appearance and enjoy meeting with people inside their homes.

🗸 Desire college degree or equivalent successful experience.

🗸 Helpful, but not required: a proven record of successful sales experience, selling services or products face to face to consumers, with the company known for good sales training
