Some leaders talk about doing the work. Jamie Brennan does it.
Since joining Insight Global in August 2025, Jamie has redefined what excellence looks like across our clinical program. Now serving as Chief Nursing Officer, she brings more than 20 years of nursing experience into every decision and turns it into action.
Jamie doesn’t stay at the surface. She builds real partnerships with leaders, sales teams, hospital partners, and nurses, and she steps in when the work is complex, urgent, or uncomfortable.
When one international nurse was struggling to pass her IT day, Jamie didn’t hand the problem off. She spent weeks working side by side with her, often outside normal hours, walking through every detail until she succeeded. That nurse passed and is now thriving. The same hands-on support shows up across our program through coaching, training, Compass sessions, and consistent one-on-one investment.
Jamie also goes where she’s needed. She travels constantly to support teams and clients, sacrifices personal time, and shows up without hesitation when challenges arise, all with humility, consistency, and care.
Katie Hughes, AM at MultiCare, shares how Jamie consistently shows up for her clients and nurses:
“She has gone above and beyond several times for my client when escalations occur, even flying out to Spokane to host one-on-one town halls. Her clinical knowledge and leadership style are a huge asset to our program and clients. She mentors nurses weekly, reviewing every shift, patient condition, and workflow to set them up for success. I don’t know how she does it all. I appreciate her so much.”
