In the midst of this economic fallout, companies are fighting to retain their people. Often, temporary workers are the first to be cut. Kudos to for converting Nicole Maria Tudor to direct employment, right on schedule!
Nicole Maria Tudor was referred to Lori Schechter Reed by a trusted talent acquisition leader. Nicole's infectious enthusiasm leapt through the phone as she described her desire to pivot out of behavioral therapy. A 2018 grad and psychology major from The Catholic University of America, Nicole thought HR might be a good fit. Schechter Reed, LLC agreed and placed her as a Recruiting Coordinator at SAIC last Fall. It’s no surprise that Nicole has thrived in this role-meeting inspiring leaders, taking on challenging projects and learning best practices. She also began a graduate program in I.O. Psychology at George Mason University.
Since I can’t congratulate Nicole in person, I turned to my favorite local flower shop (and fellow woman-owned small business) to deliver the message. Thank you, Mayflowers Reston Town Center for another beautiful bouquet and congratulations, Nicole!
