What you’ll do:

*Establish, develop and maintain quality business relationships with existing and prospective IT Managed Service and Telecommunications (Voice/Data) clients.

*Meet on-site with existing and prospective clients to analyze needs, present IT Managed Service Business Solutions, develop clear and effective service proposals and quotes and provide comprehensive follow-up from initial contact to delivery.

*Research sources for developing new business, monitor market conditions and competitive activities; keeping informed of new product and service applications.

*Coordinate sales efforts with Management, Accounting, Logistics and Technical Service groups

*Maintain and present sales activity reports as required.

*Accurately maintain and manage the client database.

*Attend periodic industry events including trade shows, expositions and networking events.

*Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need for success here:

*Associate or advanced degree from an accredited institution.

*MUST HAVE outside B2B sales experience with proven track record of success (in IT or closely related field preferred).

*High level of proficiency in web-based applications and MS Office (EXCEL and PPT).

*Strong organizational skills with the ability to strategically coordinate scheduling to optimize client meetings. Exceptional written and verbal skills.

Stable, well-respected telecommunications company is seeking to add experienced Telecommunications Technicians to its team due to explosive growth. The company provides integrated business solutions (voice, data, telecom) to an established and expanding client base and needs your expertise in providing customers with exceptional customer service from needs assessment/analysis to design, configuration, installation and maintenance of telecom systems and infrastructure.

What our Techs are doing everyday:
*Using appropriate industry standards, design and install telecom systems including PBX hardware for customer move/upgrade/change activities. *Troubleshoot and repair problems associated with telecommunications cabling/wiring systems, PBX hardware/software and client premise station equipment.
*Work closely with end users, central repair & network operations centers, vendors and technical peers to diagnose and repair issues in a timely and professional manner always putting the client first.
*Maintain records and documentation associated with installations, operations and maintenance and related infrastructure and ensure correct billing information for service work order and repair work performed. Reconcile service request/work orders with actual work done to ensure customer needs/ requirements are met.
*Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
*Associate or higher degree and 2-3 years of experience installing and configuring telecom systems.
*Digital key system installation and maintenance experience. NEC (mandatory) and Mitel.
*Experience with low voltage cabling, backboard and distribution.
*Must have a pleasant, accommodating personality for this client-facing role. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screen.
