Block W Club Wooster Varsity Athletes Club

The Mission of this Club (Article I of The Charter of Block W Club):

- Include members of all Varsity Sports within Earl Wooster High School, with constant recruitment strategies executed by all current members with great skill and wit.

- Devote time and resources to fix sports facilities in disrepair within the campus so that we can facilitate a reputation and tradition of hosting quality sport

s venues and events.

- To set realistic fundraising goals annually that are both fun for members and earn revenue to purchase merchandise; cover expenses for deserving Varsity Sport squads; create opinions for club gatherings, awards, and parties; and maintain sufficient funds for scholarship opportunities for outstanding members; and see that the club is backed up by its Boosters and its Alumni.

- To encourage the growth of involvement in our Varsity Sports by involving the club in announcing varsity schedules; encouraging all students and staff to support the Varsity teams thru game attendance, club donations, and club gatherings; and promote the name of Block W Club everywhere possible – so that it becomes the most prestigious and largest club in Wooster.

Tomorrow is Last Official Meeting for this year's Executive Council. Maddy Andre will act as our chairwoman, so she can swear in our new Council!
