Are you an experienced Contract Clerk who knows how to keep deals moving, paperwork accurate, and funding on track?

We’re working with a high-volume dealership seeking a skilled Contract Clerk to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the fast pace of a busy dealership and can hit the ground running.

🔑 WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Automotive dealership Contract Clerk experience
✅ Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience
✅ Experience working in a high-volume dealership
✅ Strong knowledge of deal jackets, contracts, and funding
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines
✅ Team player who works well with F&I, Sales, and Accounting

📋 WHAT YOU’LL HANDLE:

• Process new and used vehicle contracts for approximately 400 units per month
• Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Submit deals for funding and resolve missing items
• Maintain organized and compliant deal jackets
• Work closely with F&I, Sales, and Accounting
• Keep deals moving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

💵 PAY: $30–$33 per hour, DOE

POSITION OVERVIEW
A great opportunity is available with a small, family-owned dealership in California’s Central Valley. We are seeking an experienced Dealership Business Manager to oversee the accounting office and day-to-day administrative operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee daily accounting office operations and workflow
· Process month-end close and financial reporting
· Monitor bank reconciliations, deposits and accounting schedules
· Supervise and support accounting/office personnel
· Work closely with dealership ownership and management
· Maintain accurate records and dealership accounting controls

IDEAL CANDIDATE
· Previous automotive dealership accounting/office management experience
· Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes
· DMS experience preferred
· Strong organizational and leadership skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Professional, dependable and team-oriented
· Comfortable working in a smaller, family-owned dealership environment
