🌙 Looking for an Evening Schedule?

We're hiring a Psychiatric Aide in Red Bluff, CA

This is a full time position paying $19.28/hr with potential for long-term employment!

Schedule is Thursday-Sunday, 5:00 PM-2:00 AM + every other Wednesday

We're looking for a compassionate and dependable individual to support a local psychiatric services program. This role combines office administration, client support and community coordination in a healthcare setting.

What you'll do:
✅ Answer and route incoming calls
✅ Schedule appointments and maintain client records
✅ Coordinate referrals and community resources
✅ Assist clients with service needs and transportation arrangements
✅ Dispatch professionals to residences when needed
✅ Enter data and support daily program operations
✅ Help maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations
• Valid California driver's license
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
