We're seeking compassionate, resilient, and dedicated professionals to work with youth facing behavioral, emotional, academic, and life challenges. This role involves supporting adolescents who may be experiencing truancy, behavioral concerns, difficulties at home or school, and other barriers to success.

📍 Doylestown, PA
🕒 All Shifts Available
✅ Every Other Weekend Required

Ideal backgrounds include: ✔️ Youth Care Worker
✔️ Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
✔️ Residential Counselor
✔️ Direct Support Professional (DSP)
✔️ Juvenile Justice
✔️ Social Work
✔️ Human Services
✔️ School-Based Behavioral Support

✔️ Youth Mentoring Programs

Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth
• Experience in residential care, behavioral health, IDD, education, or related settings preferred
• Strong communication and crisis intervention skills
