Mountaintop Leadership, Coaching and Recruiting has a new Facebook challenge for you. It’s the if you can’t say something positive then don’t say anything at all. It goes until Christmas 2018. We believe if you are built up from positive things every-time you look at social media and we can focus on the good going on in America it will make our days more pleasant and America a better place to be.
Our first put up goes to our police who ensure public safety. They catch a lot of slack, but they risk their lives daily every time they pin that badge on their chest. Thank you officers. You are appreciated.

Here is the future for many workers. Why should you always do your best, so you are too valuable to be replaced by a robot. Smile and make others days better, or say hello to your replacement in the next few years, it never gets tired, doesn’t need a lunch or smoke break, isn’t mandated by federal labor laws, and never calls off when it’s needed. And always does what its programmed to do. No expensive workers comp if it breaks. Wake up people our own non productive ways will be the end of our jobs.
