Hospice and Palliative Care Overnight Nurse
Chittenden & Grand Isle Counties
This position is an on-call overnight position 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM and covers 7 shifts over a 2 week period.

As an RN you will:
Provide a wide range of nursing care to patients in the home care setting.
Focus primarily on patient assessment, quality care, teaching of patients and caregivers, and performance of skilled procedures.
Deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the particular state of practice and must be in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Vermont
ADN or higher degree in nursing.
Two or more years of directly related home/public health and/or hospice experience
Good basic writing skills needed for extensive paperwork demands of the job
Ability to travel to various locations throughout Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties
