M & M Staffing, LLC is looking to fill a Full - Time Inside Sales Coordinator position located in Pulaski, TN.

Pay starting at $61k/annually based on experience.

Essential Functions:

· Collaborate with the quality inspection team to address and manage non-conformities in products.

· Monitor and manage current inventory levels in coordination with the plant.

· Work directly with the aggregate sales team to ensure alignment on product availability and quality.

· Assist, consolidate, and coordinate new product development initiatives, ensuring effective communication between teams and pro-active monitoring of the progress.

· Serve as a liaison between sales and the Pulaski plant foundry, facilitating information flow and project updates.

· Manage workflow in the Hercules online system to track for product development

· Support the creation of SAP numbers for new products, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

· Ensure the plant stays on track with pattern creation, trials, and the timely delivery of final products.

· Salesforce tracking to include non-conformities, open sales opportunities, and sales leads.

· Maintain updated Parts List with pricing.

· Report to BMA NAM Sales Manager---

Core Competencies:

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Proficient in inventory management and quality control processes.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

· Proficiency in using online systems for workflow management.

· Knowledge of SAP systems and product development processes is a plus.

· Salesforce knowledge

Qualifications:

· Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

· Familiarity with the Aggregate or Manufacturing industries preferred.

M & M Staffing, LLC is looking to fill a Full- Time Maintenance Technician for 1st and 3rd shift. Pay ranges from $25-$35/hr based on experience. Hours are 7am- 3:30pm Monday - Friday with overtime as requested for 1st shift. The hours for 3rd shift are 11pm-7:30am Sunday - Thursday with overtime as requested.

Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures on automated assembly lines, presses, and robotic cells.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections, calibrations, and component replacements on plant machinery to prevent unexpected failures.
• PLC & Automation Support: Interface with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), sensors, and automated drives to troubleshoot operational errors.
• Documentation: Log all maintenance work, replacement parts used, and equipment status updates into the plant's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA standards, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before servicing machinery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related trade is strongly preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial or automated manufacturing equipment (automotive environment preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong foundation in electrical troubleshooting (480V/3-phase power, control circuits).
• Working knowledge of industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical powertrains (gearboxes, motors, bearings).
• Basic ability to read and troubleshoot PLC logic and electrical schematics.
• Certifications: LOTO certification and arc flash safety training required; robotics or millwright certifications are a plus.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight or awkward spaces around heavy machinery.

Pay Ranges from $18-$24/ hr based on experience.

Hours are 7am-3:30pm Monday- Friday with overtime as requested.

Candidate must understand maintenance parts and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Candidate will be receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming tools and equipment and requisitions stock to replenish inventory. Candidate will be cycle counting, marking, and identifying tools and equipment. Candidate will use an identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool to label parts. Candidate will be required to do general housekeeping, inventory management of tools and equipment, and identify cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing Maintenance Strategies: Create and execute maintenance plans to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and reliability.
Supervising Maintenance Teams: Managing and leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective and compliant maintenance activities.
Conducting Regular Inspections: Performing routine inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Collaborating with Engineering and Production Teams: Working closely with other departments to optimize machinery performance and minimize production disruptions.

Training and Developing Staff: Providing training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and lead large teams in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
