M & M Staffing, LLC is looking to fill a Full- Time Maintenance Manager position located in Pulaski, TN.

Pay Ranges from 115K-$120K/yearly based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing Maintenance Strategies: Create and execute maintenance plans to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and reliability.
Supervising Maintenance Teams: Managing and leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective and compliant maintenance activities.
Conducting Regular Inspections: Performing routine inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Collaborating with Engineering and Production Teams: Working closely with other departments to optimize machinery performance and minimize production disruptions.
Managing Maintenance Budgets: Overseeing maintenance-related budgets and capital budget to control costs while maintaining high standards of equipment upkeep.
Ensuring Compliance with Safety Regulations: Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintaining Detailed Records: Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, PM program and inspections.
Planning and scheduling: Planning and scheduling both planned and unplanned maintenance work.
Monitoring costs: Controlling maintenance tools, stores, equipment, and costs.
Handling emergencies: Dealing with emergencies and unplanned problems.
Coordinating with External Contractors: Working with external contractors for specialized maintenance services and materials. Confirming projects, supplies and performance are on time and meeting the highest standards achievable.
Implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Enhancing maintenance procedures and reducing costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
Training and Developing Staff: Providing training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and lead large teams in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.

M & M Staffing, LLC is looking to fill a Full- Time Shipping Clerk position located in Pulaski, TN. The pay rate is $20.75/hr plus $1 shift premium. The hours are 3pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as requested. Candidate must have experience operating a forklift. The candidate will be responsible for preparing shipments of automotive parts according to customer orders or shipping instructions. The candidate will inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and quality compliance. The candidate will receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
