We are looking for a Bilingual Building Maintenance Technician fluent in Spanish and English to join our facility team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience in the food industry or a nutraceutical manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in maintaining production machinery and MIG welding. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our building and production equipment are operating efficiently and safely.
Hours: 7am-4pm M-F
Pay: $24/hr
Location: Springville, UT

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general building infrastructure.
-Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, conveyors, motors, and packaging lines.
-Perform light fabrication and repairs using MIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, or other materials as needed.
-Assist in the installation of new machinery or facility upgrades.
-Work closely with production supervisors and QA to ensure equipment is operating within GMP and food safety standards.
-Accurately complete maintenance logs, PM records, and repair documentation.
-Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and leadership.
