Part time Administrative Assistant needed for expanding East Greenwich based outsourced accounting services company.
Responsibilities include:
• Checking mail daily
• Maintaining office supplies
• Answering phones
• Scanning and filing
• Making bank deposits
• Paying bills
• Data entry into QuickBooks
• Support accounting team by performing additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Basic bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience preferred
• Similar work experience desired
• Must be able to work independently and be detail oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player
• Computer skills: Microsoft office, QuickBooks
Other:
• Work will be performed within an office environment, remote work is not offered at this time.
• 20 hours per week ideally, Monday-Friday. Start time is flexible but weekly schedule will remain the same.
• Compensation range is $18-$20 per hour.
