When it comes to workplace benefits, one size doesn't fit all!
Some employees value flexibility in what they wear, while others would love the opportunity to bring their pets to work.
We asked one of our team members a simple question: Would you rather have no dress code or be able to bring your pet to work?
Their answer came with an interesting explanation!
