Hi friends, I'm Tiffany, Class of ’17, and about 3 months ago I moved to Chicago and joined Kraft Heinz, a company backed by Berkshire Hathaway and run by 3G Capital. Though KHC was formed just over two years ago, we are already the most profitable food company in the world, with many big things happening in the next few years.

I’m here to encourage you to apply for our full-time Corporate Management Trainee Program (CMTP) for seniors, or our summer Corporate Management Intern Program (CMIP) for juniors.

The CMTP is a 6-month rotational program where you’ll learn about our business from top to bottom, get unparalleled exposure to management and 3G partners (every candidate is hand selected by our CEO), and lead projects with real responsibility right off the bat. I am about halfway through the program and am learning a ton, and my project has already had millions of dollars of direct impact on the business.

The CMIP is a 10-week summer program where you’ll work on a specific team, as well as several business case studies.
Our resume drop deadline is on September 22nd, with links at the top of this post.

Feel free to message or email me if you have any questions!
