Hiring can be a headache for any business, but it can be incredibly challenging for fast-growing SaaS companies. We all think we have a process, but how is that process actually performing for us?

The truth is many SaaS businesses don't have the time or resources to devote to creating a genuinely effective hiring process. Instead, we often find ourselves coasting, coping, or copying what other SaaS companies are doing. And when bad hires start to creep in, we're left wondering why.
