We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers residing within a 50-mile radius of Chicago for a OTR flatbed position. The details of this opportunity are as follows:

Compensation package includes $2,000 to $2,500 per week, with a pay structure of $0.70 to $0.75 CPM for both loaded and empty miles, ensuring a minimum weekly pay of $2,000. Benefits include referral bonuses, clean inspection bonuses, and safety bonuses.

Our fleet consists of Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, inverters, new mattresses, and bunk heaters. The trailers are 53-foot full aluminum flatbeds with two toolboxes, dunnage rack/holder, and headache rack.

To qualify, drivers must have a minimum of 3 years of flatbed experience, no SAP, a clean Clearing House record, and no accidents in the last 3 years.

Additionally, drivers are expected to drive 3000 - 3400 miles per week, have tarping experience, and maintain a safe and responsible driving record. If interested, please send a private message. Only one position is available.

Job Details
• Freight: A mixture of dry and refrigerated no-touch, live unload grocery freight to store locations in VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV.
• Shifts: Start times between noon and midnight, with weekends required. Work 5 days on, 2 days off, with more shifts becoming available upon increased tenure at account.
• Routes: Drivers can expect to run approximately 1600-1700 miles per week. This will usually require 2 routes per working day (11-14 hour shift)
Key Requirements
• Schedule: Afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays based on your schedule.
• Home Time: Home Daily. Drivers will receive consistent home time with 48-hour resets (same two days off every week).
• Equipment: Slip-seat operation in newer model day cabs.
• Customer Service: Must prioritize safety, have exceptional customer service skills, and handle customer concerns with patience.

Consistent Cargo: loads running between Tennessee and Oklahoma (Tulsa) with some returning freight back into Tennessee to reposition the driver.
Additional account details:
• Miles: Drivers on this account average 2000-2200 miles per week
• On-time delivery: This freight is time sensitive, on-time delivery is a must for this account.
• Availability requirements: Drivers on the account are expected to be available the full week to meet the customer’s needs. Your reset will happen on Friday/Saturday/Sunday depending on our customer’s weekly schedule.
