We are seeking an Administrative Scheduler with a strong emphasis on computer and clerical proficiency.

The Administrative Scheduler will be responsible for general clerical duties such as phone coverage, data entry, hiring paperwork processing, and creating the daily schedule for our flagging division which includes daily customer contact and employee confirmation calls.

Since this position entails dealing with the public, whether face-to-face or over the phone, communication and customer service skills are also important. The ideal candidate will be comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers and employees, typing, and using internal scheduling software.

The Administrative Scheduler position is a Monday through Friday position with one weekend a month of on-call phone coverage (additional stipend paid) and generally three weeks of additional coverage throughout the year. This position will be in an office setting, often sitting at a desk for most of the day.
